How is BioChar Made?
Biochar is produced through a unique, environmentally-friendly thermal decomposition process which involves heating organic materials in a low-oxygen environment.
This revolutionary process emits virtually zero gasses into the environment, giving BioChar its negative carbon footprint quality.

Using BioChar Soil Supplement
FOR GARDENS, PLANTS & TREES
Thoroughly mix Superior Soil BioChar Compost into the soil around the roots. Make Superior Soil BioChar about 10% of your soil mix., or 1 gallon for every 5 sq. feet, mixed 2-4 inches deep. Keep soil moist for the next 5-7 days.
FOR LAWNS, REPAIRS OR PATCHES
Aerate the ground first. Spread Superior Soil BioChar over the aerated area and rake thoroughly to mix biochar into the soil. Use 1 cubic foot of Superior Soil BioChar Compost for every 375 sq. feet. Keep soil moist for the next 5-7 days.
FOR GROWING PLANTS, FRUITS & VEGETABLES IN CONTAINERS
When growing in containers, mix Superior Soil BioChar Compost at a rate of 10% with your preferred growing medium. Keep soil mixture moist for the next 5-7 days.
CAN I Use it with other soil amendments & fertilizers?
Yes! Superior Soil BioChar Compost helps boost soil naturally, so roots have plenty of water and food. With our BioChar in the mix, your other soil ammendments will go farther and last longer.
